# T31: recorded calculation, 11 October 2026

This archive contains the full frozen evaluation requests and results for the
hypothetical CherezPrazdnik case. It requires no live corpus or network to replay.
The document-receipt date is 19 October, payment date 10 November, legal date
20 November 2026. Receipt of the required documents is an assumed case fact;
the calculation does not validate a real claim's completeness or payment method.
Counting starts the following day, using the supplied Monday–Friday calendar.

- Deadline: COLLECTION, COMPUTED, 2026-11-10.
- Lateness: PROPOSITION, COMPUTED, NEITHER (neither side established).
- Both Rust replays matched the complete saved result documents.
- The only issue code is EDITION_NOT_APPLICABLE for a closed bonus-malus
  edition, unrelated to the payment-deadline rules.
- The Python reference build refused semantic release 0.2.7 with
  SEMANTIC_RELEASE_UNAVAILABLE. No Rust/Python parity claim is made.

## Replay

Use Arxo Law 0.1.12, the engine used for this recording. After extracting:

```sh
python3 replay.py --law /absolute/path/to/law
```

The script checks all input file hashes, then runs `law engine eval` for each
frozen request and compares the complete JSON result. A newer engine may refuse
the pinned semantic release; do not silently migrate inputs to reproduce it.
The original binary SHA-256 is recorded in manifest.json.

## Inspect

Each request includes the complete lowered model, case, query and calendar.
Each result includes its proof graph. Follow the query result's proof pointer,
then its premises; the rule fields name the applied rules. Their @source
annotations are in sources/26-poryadok-vyplaty.law; declarations and fragment
locators are in sources/sources.law. The current proof graph's sourceAnchors
arrays are empty: these annotations are supplied separately, not represented
as embedded source-anchor objects. calendar.json is decoded from the request.

Official texts were retrieved on 11 October through the Adilet API. The portal
labels its July 23 state as actual while retaining notes about forthcoming
Article 25 changes. Law 352-VIII, Article 1(12), changes Article 19 and Article 25;
it does not change Article 26. Its publication reference gives 21 August 2026;
Article 2's sixty-calendar-day rule puts these changes into force on 21 October.
The receipt event on 19 October precedes this change; the model's legal date is
20 November. No conclusion about a real submission's validity is drawn.
